Trinity Community Centre: 360 Reid Street
Single stall with showers (1 is accessible) 9am – 7pm, 7 days a week. They offer personal care/hygiene supplies and snacks throughout the day.
Lunch is served daily at 2pm.
December 2nd: 3pm-5pm Celebration Party to celebrate 2 years of the Drop-in Program!
December 17th: 4pm-6pm in collaboration with Peterborough hospice, a space to honor loved ones we have lost.
PARN: 360 Reid Street
Harm reduction office is located next to the main office entrance. Door service 9am- 9pm.
There is also a location inside of the community Centre that is open from 9am- 4pm during the week. You can request harm reduction supplies, snacks, cigarettes, and basic toiletries from both locations.
PATH: 385 Lansdowne Street East
Wednesdays: Folks from Trinity who drop in by 10am, can be put on a list to attend a small day program. The Day program includes showers, clothing, basic hygiene products, and blankets. They also provide lunch and haircuts, and socialization.
Thursday Mornings: They take orders for clothing from 10-11:30. The clothing then can be picked up the same day between 12-12:30.
The first Saturday of each month (During the cold weather months): Folks can come between 10am- 3pm for winter coats, hats and gloves.
Murray Street Baptist Church (rear door): 175 Murray Street
Thursdays: Clothing Closet 10-11:45 am, Also the food cupboard and coffee drop-in is available at the same time.
3rd Saturday of the month: Hot breakfast 9am.
Last Monday of the month: Fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs and bread.
This is on a first come first serve basis, it is important to arrive early.
Salvation Army: 219 Simcoe Street
There are normally snacks on the shelf at the front of the building and offer snacks and bread when available.
They have underwear, toiletries, socks, hats, mitts and scarves.
Those who are unhoused can come once a day and pick 4 items off the shelf when available.
The Christmas assistance applications run until November 28. Call 705-742-4391 ext 2, or show up to the food bank on Mondays, Wednesday or Fridays between 9am-4pm, (not 12-1) to register. Pick up is December 1st – December 19th.
Food Bank is closed the month of December. Breakfast is closed Dec 25 and will reopen January 5th.
