seethedoctor.ca is for Ontarians who don’t have a family health care provider or who cannot access them during the pandemic. This free, 24/7, secure online service is for non-urgent, non-COVID-19 primary care issues. Once patients register with their OHIP card and code ‘health’, they wait briefly to connect with the next available on-call physician by secure video or audio. Developed specifically as a tool for use during the pandemic, the OVCC is supported by the Ontario Medical Association, OntarioMD, and Ontario Health (OTN), with funding from Canada Health Infoway and support from the Government of Ontario, with technology provided by Novari Health.
